At Naturally Kissed, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted shea butter products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days (if available).
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

  • We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping. (Adjust based on your shipping preference.)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Naturally Kissed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

  • Payment and dispatch
     The following terms and conditions apply:
     Domestic delivery only (Germany).
     
  • Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
     We charge a flat shipping fee of 6.49 € per order.
     From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

  • Delivery periods
     Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if
     advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
     Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
     If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in   one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
     The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
